As the founder and owner of What's Next Solutions LLC, I partner with high-performing professionals, executives, and emerging leaders to help them step into courageous, visible leadership without abandoning who they are.
My work is grounded in a 34-year career navigating complex organizational dynamics, leading institutional change, managing talent, and guiding individuals through critical career transitions as an instructional leader, counselor, and executive administrator. Today, as an ICF-ACC Certified Coach, I translate that deep foundational experience into actionable strategies for businesses and organizations across all sectors looking to strengthen their leadership pipelines.
I bridge the gap between individual capability and organizational success, helping leaders communicate with greater authority, build emotional intelligence, and navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence. Through one-on-one executive coaching, I partner with leaders to refine strategic communication, elevate executive presence, and prepare key personnel for their next level of responsibility.
As an accredited trainer, I design and facilitate dynamic workshops designed to solve core operational and leadership challenges. My workshop portfolio features accredited programs in Developing Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Communication, Change Management, Conflict Management, and Performance Management. Additionally, I specialize in targeted leadership growth paths, including Leadership Development for Women, Leadership and Influence, Middle Manager Advancement, Developing New Managers and Leaders, and Coaching and Mentoring. All of my workshops are fully accredited for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units, allowing organizations to deliver recognized professional development credits to their teams.
I am also an active keynote speaker and the author of "The Awakened Leader," a practical guide exploring the internal shifts professionals must make to transition from background execution to visible strategic impact.
